Hand Steady Test ("we", "the app") is a fun browser-based hand stability challenge. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Camera data: If you choose "Hand Camera" mode, your webcam feed is processed entirely in your browser using MediaPipe. No video or images are sent to any server. All processing happens on your device.
Motion data: If you choose "Phone Motion" mode, your device's accelerometer/gyroscope data is processed locally. No motion data is sent to any server.
No personal data: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information.
No accounts: There are no user accounts, logins, or registrations.
Google AdSense: We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.
Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. This collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Analytics) may set cookies as described above.
Your test scores and hand tracking data exist only in your browser's memory during the session. Nothing is saved to any server. When you close the page, all data is gone.
This app is a fun challenge suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children or adults.
